Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Note that changes in USPS or UPS policies may also impact shipping timelines and are outside of my control. 

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local pick-up

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada and most of Europe. If you live outside these regions and wish to make a purchase, please contact me knittingismetal[at]gmail[dot]com (please insert appropriate symbols, spelling them out to avoid bots). Due to COVID restrictions, international shipping has been minimized until shipments are consistently making it to their destinations. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
